In order to gain experience in all the companys' departments/scope of works you will either be based at the company’s head office or assigned to work from a project site.
Salary Scale
On your enrolment we will provide you with a defined career path that providing you achieve the milestone targets will show how your salary will increment in stages.
Based on your progress and performance there will be the opportunity to better the median increase.
On Qualification
On completion and awarding of a degree there is the option to decide your preferred career path, which if you were wanting to remain with the company would be either estimating, commercial or project management.
Although a permanent position at the end of the apprenticeship period is not guaranteed, depending on the preferred career path and the company’s needs and availability, it is the company’s stated objective, and where it is possible to do so, to offer apprentices who have achieved a high standard a permanent position.
