GENERAL BUILDERS WORK

Swift Crafted Ltd is a Carpentry, Joinery, and Fit-out sub-contractor. Established since 1987 we have been in business for over 30 years and have a wealth of experience completing new and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.

• Carpentry: Our experienced and qualified carpenters are capable of reading architectural drawings, installing structures and fixtures as well as measuring, cutting and shaping wood, plastic, fiberglass and other material. They assist in the training of our apprentices and work with our foreman to direct the labour force productively, they are all qualified to NVQ Level 2 or higher.
• Joinery: We have a close working relationship with a number of joinery and door suppliers and our skilled joiners work hard to achieve a quality installation. Qualified to NVQ level 2 or higher.
• Fit-out: Front of house, Back of House, Lecture theatres, drama theatres, hospitals, schools, airport, listed buildings, WC Fit Outs. Wall, floor and ceiling linings. We are expert in the fit-out sector and have a close working relationship with a number of subcontractors listed on our approved Supply Chain.
• Design Development: Swift crafted have in house capabilities for providing CAD drawings and also work closely with experienced subcontracted CAD technicians for larger projects with a higher design demand. For each project Swift Crafted will have a member of staff responsible for Design Management. Our in house CAD technicians are required to attend are required to attend a recognised AutoCad training course.
• Management: Swift Crafted offers the following Management service:

• Commercial Management – Commercial Management providing up to date costing information and pricing of variations, advance notice of changes affecting cost, monthly applications submitted in a timely manner. Commercial Managers are qualified to BSC degree level with five+ years industry experience and Assistant Managers are working towards obtaining this qualification.
• Project Management – Reporting on Programme and Quality, Management of SCL supervisors and Operatives. Time served tradesman with NVQ level 2 or above and/ or qualified to BSC level.
• Foreman/Site Manager – Management of SCL Labour, working with other subcontractors on site to ensure coordination with other trades. Time served tradesman qualified to NVQ level 2 or above.
• H & S Management – Consists of fortnightly site visits and management of Bre Yellow Jackets, attend site safety meetings and required audits, management of training. Qualified as follows: NEBOSH Safety Officer Certification, Professionally qualified CSCS card holder, First Aid at Work Certification, BSc Civil & Construction, Engineering, PASMA, PAT Certification, Face Fit Tester , Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels
• Director An SCL Director is assigned to every project who will oversee the project and ensure any complaints are handled in accordance with the complaints procedure, attending Directors meetings as requested. Commercial Director will oversee the project commercially.
• Technology - Swift Crafted use the following software packages to help us provide our services to a high standard: Asta Power project used to develop detailed programmes, Bre Yellow Jackets used to report on Health and Safety, Quality, & Environmental, AutoCAD used to develop design and workshop drawings, Red Sky accounting software used to manage our finance and accounts.
